Feb. 09/06: Tonight FC Copenhagen is playing arche enemy Brøndby. I know - I always go on abut it, but these clashes really do mean something. Although it is only Royal League, the Scandinavian training tournament, it is interesting because both sides have bought new players and we have even got a new manager! (see picture below). I can't wait:-) ........................................................................................ Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love FC Copenhagen, my local club. And some of them also know how much I love football. Some people think that because I am a girl and never played the game myself I will never really get it. And truthfully I will probably never be as sharp to call a foul or a fair tackle as most of my male friends, and I also enjoy the game in doses. I prefer watching games with teams that I am interested in, teams that I somewhat support and clubs rather than nationals, unless we are talking the big international competitions like Euro or World Cup. I can't sit on a couch and watch 2-3 games in a row with various teams that don't mean much to me, but I can surely enjoy a derby like Liverpool-Man Utd or Real Madrid-Barcelona. The football atmosphere makes me dizzy! The atmosphere at live games is intoxicating. I truly love it. The togetherness of thousands of people and the letting-off-steam. When it is FC Copenhagen playing, it is nerve wracking and intense and I am completely ecstatic. I live for both the wins and the losses. One makes me feel overwhelmed with bubbly happiness the other makes me so furious that it borders on hateful, but it is a strong emotion and you can't get too many of those! On this page I will probably express some viewpoints on a recent game or other football related story and share some links or photos... Like this one of me
